in incident, problem and change management adhering to ITIL best practices
using ServiceNow

Server administration and maintenance including fault diagnostics and
performance improvements

implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- ㆍNational
Travel required up to approximately 30%
Skills and Qualifications
- ㆍComputer
related Degree, Microsoft Certification or equivalent work experience
- ㆍSignificant
server / desktop support experience
- ㆍExcellent customer
service skills and ability to work on own initiative
- ㆍUnderstands
the importance of documentation and on time delivery
- ㆍSound backup
and system security practices
- ㆍExperience
leading rollouts, migrations and system upgrades
- ㆍVery
teamwork oriented
- ㆍPreferable
bilingual in Korean and US English
Experience within
