Job Description
This position is to support
Business Unit Manager for South Korea commercial market: - Collaborate with Business Unit Manager to success business of CSLB in Korea - Implement commercial strategies - Launch new products - Secure early access to products in key accounts following their launch - Achieve sales targets - Develop key customer and engage them by delivering clinical value of product - Drive disease commercial strategy and execution to ensure commercial success
for high medical value solutions across different customer area - Maintain and sustain the current sales - Manage product lifecycle - Manage wholesalers of key account and
manage sales/price in each account to growth sales in all possible and
compliance ways - Manage key accounts of in-direct sales team with partners - Open new sales opportunities - Gather competitive intelligence and report - Support to manage potential channel conflict among Commercial Operations by
excellent communication internally and externally - Develop and maintain sales data base in each therapeutic areas by using
existing CRM software provided - Create clear accounts profiles and plans, including the account/customer
stakeholder map to suggest key programs and initiatives to growth sales
This position has to maintain and further strengthen

Main Responsibilities and
Accountabilities
1. To be
responsible for sales and commercial activities for CSL Behring full product
portfolio in South Korea for the commercial business 2. To
achieve company sales objectives and targets 3. To
identify and propose growth business opportunities 4. To
maintain the existing business 5. To
collect market intelligence and feedback to Management 6. To
promote products in government hospitals, private hospitals, clinics, and
related patient association and society 7. To
establish and maintain effective relationships with doctors, nurses,
pharmacists, purchasing department, Wholesaler
of key accounts,
distribution partner 8. To
enter and maintain customer database and keep it updated 9. To
assist in preparing new product launch, business plan and its implementation 10. To do
sales forecasting
Job Requirements
ㆍEducation -Bachelor’s
degree in nursing, pharmacy, life science, or equivalent, paramedics, matriculated with relevant experience will also be considered. ㆍExperience -Minimum
5 years of sales experience in specialty biopharma, rare/incurable disease or a
product covered Special Benefit Scheme (under 20,000 patients) is an asset.
