Position Details Role Title: eCommerce Specialist Department: Marketing Location: South Korea Reporting line: Marketing Manager No. of Direct Report: N/A
Act as
the owner of the e-Commerce business, lead cross-functional initiatives to
drive online sales (trekbikes.com, and potentially other online platforms),
optimize the e-Commerce operations and increasing brand awareness in the
digital channel.
Main Duties and Responsibilities · Drive the Sales & marketing plan and strategy while meeting
sales and profit targets on trekbikes.com and potentially other online selling
platforms.
· Online sales channel development and management; enhance online
brand awareness on e-commerce platforms · Conduct and implementing daily/weekly/month planning sessions based
on annual promotion plan · Analysis of sales result, platform performance and marketing
campaigns; track/analyze reports on a weekly and monthly basis
· Oversee and ensures
that order processing, distribution & returns processing is optimized for
our clients · Work with Marketing
team to develop digital communication strategy,
drive traffic and conversion, develop
e-commerce specific content and execute in online platforms · Launch and update
company products on time followed with company product strategy · Work with Customer
Care and other internal department to optimize the e-Commerce operation to
offer customers an excellent shopping experience. · Collaborate with
digital marketing and retail marketing as necessary and contribute to the
teamwork. · Work with APAC and US team on the
e-Commerce operation improvement, new service launch, etc. · Other Duties as
required
· trekbikes.com 및 잠재적으로 다른 온라인 판매 플랫폼에서 매출 및 이익 목표 달성을 위한 세일즈 및 마케팅 계획과 전략 수립. · 온라인 판매 채널 개발 및 관리 ; 이커머스 플랫폼에서 온라인 브랜드 인지도 향상 · 연간 프로모션 계획을 기반으로 한 일간/주간/월간 플래닝 실행 · 매출 결과, 플랫폼 성능 및 마케팅 캠페인 결과 분석 ; 주간 및 월간 보고서 추적/분석 · 주문 처리, 유통 및 반품 처리가 고객들에게 최적화되도록 감독 및 확인 · 마케팅 팀과 함께 디지털 커뮤니케이션 전략을 개발하고 트래픽 및 전환을 유도, 이커머스 특정 콘텐츠를 개발하고 온라인 플랫폼에서 실행 · 제품 전략에 따라 제품을 시간에 맞춰 출시 및 업데이트 · Customer care팀 및 다른 내부 부서와 협력하여 고객에게 우수한 쇼핑 경험을 제공하기 위해 이커머스 운영을 최적화 함 · Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing 과 협업하고 팀웤에 기여함 · APAC 및 미국 팀과 함께 이커머스 운영 개선, 새로운 서비스 출시 등을 위해 협업함
Requirements
· Understanding and
experience of eCommerce launch & operations
· Minimum 2-3 years’ e-Commerce
experience
· Retail brand, sales
or marketing experience
· Experience
in performance marketing and website analysis based on
using Google Analytic tool
· Strong planning, organizational
skills, analytical skills, ability to multi-task
· A team player with
traits like integrity, diligence, independent thinking, detail- minded
· Excellent
communication skill, fluent written and intermediate
spoken English · Active,

· High
interest and passion in bicycles
