Position: Business Planning and Control Manager
Report to: LVMH Fashion Korea CFO
Location: Seoul, Korea

Primary Objectives:
Plan and control the business and financial information pertaining to the activities for LOEWE in Korea:

• - Preparation of budget and forecast for Korea
• - Prepare monthly closing, management reports & the variance analysis vs historical & forecast
• - Assist in ad hoc analysis including investment plans, network analysis, optimization of boutiques’ operations, internal controls and inventory management

Responsibilities:

• - Lead the Budget process and Budget preparation on sales, margin, Headcount / FTE and expenses, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Internal department forecast plan review.
• - Support the budget preparation on financials, bridge analysis and presentation
• - Lead the month end process on financial reporting, ensuring monthly financial statement shall present a true and fair view of the financial position
• - Monthly management reports preparation including variance analysis and providing insightful comments vs. historical and forecast
• - Execute business performance analytics including rolling forecast, support retail price positioning analysis, store opening, investment, and inventory management
• - Ad hoc projects: investment planning, country takeover, e-commerce, store opening / renovation (including preparation of business cases to request Capex authorization), lease negotiation, network review, etc.

• - Report to LVMH Fashion Korea CFO
• - Business Partnering with General Manager
• - Work closely with commercial teams (Retail, Merchandising, CRM, PR & Media…) & build efficient relationship
• - Work closely with support functions (Finance, IS&T, Legal…)
