[담당업무]

-Support Country Head and oversee operations of the FAD Korea, set goals and objectives, and responsible for company`s budget

-Advise on investment activities as business partner and provide strategies that the company should take

-Provide sound and independent financial advice to key business decisions

-Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action

-Ensure compliance and governance with correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of finance reporting

-Work across departments to analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and compare to forecast/budget

-Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances, conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

-Liaise with tax, legal and auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finance is maintained.

[자격요건]

• -Over 15 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry with proven expertise in FP&A and internal control
• -Relevant audit experience (internal and external)
• -Work experience in manufacturing industry
• -Excellent people managing skill
• -Excellent interpersonal communication skills & co-ordination abilities both in English and Korean.
• -Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and independence
