Manage overall HR processes and procedures in hiring, people
review process, transfer, termination, compensation, training & development,
payroll etc. -
Administer payroll process and participates in total
compensation market survey program for competitive C&B -
Manage employees Information and analyze HR statistics -
Maintain the HR related report as requested by management and
authorities such as FSS, KOFIA, and government, etc -
Review HR and data protection & personal information
related regulations and ensure that those are up to date to reflect recent
regulatory changes and Group guidance -
Manage activities to enhance the company culture in accordance
with the regional guidance -
Keep records of HR related issues such as hires, promotions, transfers,
performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting -
Conduct HR related vendor review according to the regional
policy -
Monitor regulatory obligation such as annual leave, administrative
leave, etc -
Manage HR related budgeting and cost analysis -
Implement regional projects related to HR initiative -
Support supervisor on HR related projects and ad hoc work
자격요건 - 인사경력
7년이상 - MS Office 능통자 우대 - 영어
