ㆍWork with a team of NPD Managers/Engineers supporting BU objectives

ㆍDefine Product (SiC MOSFET, Medium 40~150V & High 200~800V Voltage MOSFETs) Specification requirements for new products into communication with technical development engineering, product marketing leader

ㆍValidate Electrical parameters through evaluating electrical characterization data following NPD process.

ㆍCoworking with tech platform development /App/Rel/Pkg/MKT team to release products to the market.

ㆍCommunicating and Co-operating with global site Assy/Rel/design engineers to implement development activities and decision making.

ㆍCoworking with Sustain PE/DE(Device engineering) team to maintain quality issues and stabilization (yield up) for mass production.

자격요건 및 우대사항 

ㆍ Technical Skills

     ?    Knowledge in power semiconductor devices. Ex application and system. (SiC, Si MOSFET/Diode)

     ?    Understanding of Electrical parameters and operations

     ?    Understanding of process of Fab and Assy

     ?    Understanding of semiconductor device failure mode and mechanism. Or experience of FA.

ㆍEducation and Experience

     ?    Excellent skill of data handling using office tool. (Excel, PPT, JMP, etc.)

     ?    Experience with Power MOSFET fab process course.

     ?    Fluent English communicating skill (speaking/listening/writing).

     ?    Prefer TCAD skills
