- Draft and review contracts related to game development and publishing, IP licensing, and other game services 게임 개발 및 퍼블리싱, IP라이센스, 기타 게임 서비스 관련 계약 작성 및 검토 - Review of contracts and legal issues related to business groups, corporate governance, and M&A 기업집단, 기업지배구조, M&A 관련 계약 작성 및 법률 이슈 검토 - Application and management of trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights, and response to infringement of intellectual property rights at home and abroad 상표/특허/기타 지적재산권의 출원 및 관리, 지적재산권 침해 대응 - Providing research and advice on business-related legal issues 사업 관련 법률 이슈 리서치 및 자문 제공 - Legislation/institution, revision monitoring, and other compliance tasks 법령/제도 제,개정 모니터링, 기타 컴플라이언스 업무 - Litigation and Dispute Management 소송 및 분쟁 관리
[자격조건] - Qualified as a lawyer in the United States 미국 변호사 자격 - After obtaining a lawyer`s qualification, has more than 3 years of experience and not more than 5 years of experience 변호사 자격 취득 후 경력 만 3년 이상 만 5년 이하 - Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean 한국어, 영어 능통자
