Manage performance evaluation reports for office, factory, stores

Manage awards nomination and follow up with Asia HQ office

Prepare salary adjustment and bonus scheme report

Prepare compensation package letters

Assist in distributing compensation package letters

Update salary information on HR system based on personnel change

D- 학사졸업 이상

- 유관업무 경력 5년 이상 (Payroll 업무 필수)

- 영어가능자 우대

(매월 급여 리포트를 글로벌에 보고해야 하기에 최소 Written English 가능해야 함)
