address technical challenges and implement innovative solutions. 5. Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing to extend the
lifespan of ZEISS IQS equipment and minimize downtime. 6. Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and product
updates related to ZEISS IQS offerings. 7. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including service
reports and customer interactions. 8. Assist in the development and improvement of service protocols and
procedures.

자격요건
1. Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the medical
or imaging technology industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of ZEISS IQS equipment, software, and imaging
solutions. 4. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex
technical concepts. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
interact with customers and internal teams. 6. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
efficiently. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing
multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Flexibility for travel to customer sites as required.
