[담당업무]

1. Product Management 
- Lead all global launch campaigns including full 360 marketing activation in line with marketing objective and strategy with HQ team as well as local team

- Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams and persons (e-commerce, trade, training, etc.) including timeline, budget, action plan, key strategy, messages and actions 

- Pre & post evaluation of coffee campaigns 

- Develop key concept, key copy and brochures of campaigns and cooperate and integrate activities to roll out throughout touchpoints of consumers

- Leverage global assets to create activation opportunities

- Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy.

- Align the product strategy with the company`s business goals and objectives. 

- Coordinate and execute product launches, working closely with key stakeholders  

2. Forecast & sales analysis 
- Forecast products, GWP and review with commercial teams and SCM team to keep accuracy and manage optimal stock management 

- Work closely together with commercial teams and finance teams to manage value chain and stock level 

- Analyze sales and provide report  

3. Market Intelligence 
- Analyze and provide consumer insight & market intelligence including market, trend, coffee knowledge, competition 

- Cooperate for global and local driven consumer research projects 

4. Communication 
- Localize retail comm assets for new campaign including promotion in accordance with brand guidelines and develop local assets to support local initiatives 

- Internal communication for campaign  

5. Budget management 
- Responsible for budget planning and management 

[자격요건]
- 학력 : 4년제 대학 졸업 이상 
- 경력 : 유관 경력 3년 이상 (Cross-functional team 근무 경험 필수)
- 언어 : 비즈니스 영어 가능자

- 브랜드 / 프로덕트 매니징 경험 보유자 우대
- 외국계 기업 근무 경험자 우대
- 데이터 분석 능력, 전략적 사고 능력 

[근무조건]

- 고용형태 : 자체계약직 
- 계약기간 : 채용시부터 2025년 6월까지

- 근무시간 : 월-금 (주 5일) 09:00~18:00 

- 급여조건 : 경력별 협의 

- 근무장소 : 서울시 종로구 (서대문역 부근)
