Job Description ㆍMarket Lead will support IT service delivery. ㆍThe Market Lead will undertake support and management responsibilities for the dedicated engineer pools and on-demand resources for their respective market. ㆍMarket Lead will undertake performance management of the dedicated engineers to ensure compliance with quality expectations and to facilitate continuous improvement on a quarterly basis. ㆍThe market lead will undertake ticket analysis to ensure compliance with SLAs of the on-demand and dedicated engineer pools for the market. A report will be sent to the Market Service Delivery Manager on a monthly basis. ㆍFor those retail dedicated engineers in KR market, the Market Lead will support on routine site checks through
- (1) Schedule management
- (2) Compliance checking and SLA monitoring
- (3) Escalation to Market Service Delivery Manager
- (4) Ad-hoc support
