Introduction to the job - Take a responsibility to support & improve internal process of CS operation. - Play a main role to manage CS stock management KIPs in close communication & collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Role and responsibilities - Stock management by SMS(Service Management System) + SAP - Manage all materials in the fab to be returned within stock aging KPIs - Continuous improvement for perfect material return - investigate overall return cycle to define improvement areas to drive engineering stock KPI performance. - Data analysis and report : Daily / Weekly / Monthly based stock management KPI report out - Based on daily plan, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place - Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of system in SAP (ERP system) - Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP - During proceeding material confirmation on SAP, manage Service Orders’ aging status with Service coordinators - Work together with SCM Team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled planning - Manage all allocated part and tools inventory status and focus on making proper Material usage / return plan with machine owner - Manage Expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools as well
Education and experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations - or other relevant areas or experience in office administration - Experience in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.
Skills - Data analysis and reporting skill to find out the area to focus - Knowledge of logistic process, service order process - Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI and MS Excel - Self-motivated and flexibility. - Good coordination skills and interpersonal skills. - Pro-active, self-initiative and self-driven for planning, preparation and execution. - Good internal and customer communication skills. - Good verbal and written language skills in English. - Good team player and wider angle of view. - Critical thinking and business acumen.
