PROCUREMENT 구매팀 경력직 [담당업무] - be an Subject matter expert in managing end to end process of Subcontracting various type of 3rd parties (external workforce, Supplier personnel, Independent contractors) and country specific regulation. The process will encompass from demand capture, internal availability check, sourcing, negotiating and signing contract and monitoring of 3rd parties through various ways. - be responsible for designing and implementing global and cross regional category sourcing programs across the Talent portfolio - manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers through an innovative SRM program and in collaboration with the business leads and relevant stakeholders - actively participate in relevant industry discussions to promote and exchange best practice with peers in non-competing industries - work closely with Stakeholders within Talent and key senior business partners including Market Leaders and risk management and to co-develop and support the overall business strategy - actively develop and promote the use of innovative solutions such as robotics, analytics and other online digital business solutions.
