Job Description

As a Villas Butler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an unforgettable stay experience for our Villa VIP guests. You will be the dedicated 24/7 point of contact for our esteemed guests, attending to their every need and desire with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Requirements 

·         Act as the primary point of contact and personal concierge for Villa VIP guests throughout their stay.

·         Anticipate and fulfill guests` needs promptly and discreetly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

·         Coordinate all aspects of guests` stay, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.

·         Provide personalized and attentive service, including butler services such as packing and unpacking, garment care, and turndown service.

·         Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with VIP guests.

·         Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

·         Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

Qualifications 

Experience: Prior experience in a five-star hotel is advantageous

·         High school diploma or equivalent professional training

·         Prior experience in a five-star hotel environment is advantageous.

·         fluent proficiency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.

·         Proficiency in English languages is preferred.

·         Impeccable grooming and presentation standards

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.

·         Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
