ㆍPartner with HQ EME Engineering team to execute Korea focused programs and projects

ㆍParticipates in the planning of the project with respect to the goals of the project, overall scheduling, risk analysis/contingency plan, and installation checklists

ㆍParticipates in the definition phase of the projects. Understanding the technical scope as defined in the contract, attending customer kick-off meeting, collects starting information, collects & produces definition material for customer and Sales support

ㆍImplementation and supervision of application engineering, ensuring quality of engineering as per definition, logistic order initialization, communication with other engineering teams, pre-FAT inspections, preparing project purchase proposals, FAT plan, attending customer FAT, getting FAT approval from customer, effective implementation for change management and progress reporting. Projects may include frequent travel to client sites in Korea

ㆍInstallation and commissioning of IDS systems (SW&HW) at site, responsible for progress reports to customer

ㆍDeliver presentations confidently to all project stakeholders

ㆍSupport the development of the Korea program delivery strategy and assist Korea in-country team members in support of key deployments

ㆍBroadly support regional business development initiatives

자격요건

ㆍBachelor’s degree or higher in engineering. Major in Electrical, Electronics, Electromagnetics, Microwave engineering preferred

ㆍExtremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and group presentation skills

ㆍProactive and persistent with well-developed analytical skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that include a minimum of the following:

→ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner for a non-technical audience

→ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization effectively

→ Ability to confidently defend technical recommendations utilizing sound industry standards and referencing past performance. Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

ㆍEntry level can apply, a minimum of one (1) year experience either in Company or University R&D Laboratory in EM engineering field is preferred

ㆍExperience in utilization of EM S/W (FEKO, ANSYS, CST, Galileo EME etc.) is a plus.

ㆍAdvanced experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Hangul is preferred

ㆍFluent in Korean with Advanced English language capabilities

ㆍUnderstanding of Risk Assessment / Risk Management

ㆍShould be willing to travel extensively within Korea and overseas
