[Position] F&B Assistant (신입, Intern 6개월 후 정규직 전환)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, F&B 부서에서 레고랜드코리아 리조트의 F&B Assistant를 담당해 주실 인턴(6개월 후 정규직 전환)을 채용합니다. 호텔 및 Park 내 각각의 Restaurant 및 Outlet 업장에서 Service(서비스부문) 혹은 Culinary(조리)를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 또한 업무 관련 Global Stakeholder은 물론 다양한 국가의 고객들과의 Communication이 간혹 발생하는 포지션으로 천천히라도 자기 의사를 표현할수 있는 분은 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.


Position Summary:

? This position will support the Asst. F&B Manager in the smooth running of administrative and operational aspects of F&B within the Resort. Supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards in all areas of the food operation to facilitate the maximization of revenue against enhanced visitor experience. To assist the Head of Food & Beverage to deliver against the overall park strategy and to manage resources and ensure team development.

Additional duties may be required of this position to meet the needs of the business.



Key Objectives:

? To support the delivery of the F&B strategy in conjunction with the Management Team.

? To ensure full compliance with POS / Inventory processes, Merlin SOPs and all legal requirements.

? To drive a department focused on exceptional guest experience achieving all KPI targets.

? To fulfil shifts as required during a seven-day trading week, involving weekend and Public Holiday commitment.



Scope and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibility

? Promote the Company standards and values to ensure that they are fully embedded across the Food & Beverage department.

? Ensure designated area of responsibility within the Food & Beverage Department consistently delivers on all agreed key performance indicators.

? Via direction of line reports, deliver at or below the agreed operating budgets for the Food & Beverage department.


Operations

? Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and requirements.

? Ensure that LEGOLAND Korea sets the industry standard about Food safety and procedures.

? To ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including food hygiene

? Delivery of the F&B strategy in conjunction with the Head of F&B.

? To drive designated areas to be focused on exceptional guest experience achieving all food KPI targets.

? To work alongside the Head of F&B to achieve the F&B budget revenue and profit target.

? To fulfil shifts as required during a 7-day trading week, involving some weekend and Public Holiday commitment.

? Ensure staff promote a professional image by adhering to company policies and procedures.

? Encourage efficiency ensuring staff work to their best ability and attend any issues with a sense of urgency.


Financial

? Produce theoretical cost of sales reports.

? Ensure all business goals and results are clearly communicated to your direct reports through daily/weekly meetings and encourage two-way group dialogues.

? Take full responsibility for managing and meeting assigned budget(s)

? Assist the Head of Food & Beverage in deciding the product and sales mix for the year, pricing strategy, quality standards, health and safety and hygiene policies and procedures.


Development

? Drive customer service training instilling a best practice culture amongst employees ensuring employees are accountable for their actions.

? Research and report latest high street / industry standards to ensure the products/food offering we sell are appealing in the context of the the external marketplace.

? Identify training programs to aid own development.


Background and Experience:

? Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort, attraction, or entertainment a plus.

? Guest relations and service tables

? Understanding of Kitchen Operations Health & Safety

? Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work and people effectively and efficiently.


Education:

? High School or College Qualifications



Work Environment:

? Mainly working in LLKR HQ, located in Chuncheon, Gangwon

? Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.

? Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.


Other Requirements:

? Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that is classified as confidential.

? Maintaining honesty and integrity with colleagues and guests

? Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support Resort operations.

? Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

? Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.



Health & Safety:

? All personnel are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their location, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, as the ‘Responsible Person’ (see the HS001 for definition) they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored, and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated
