담당업무 - Manage overall HR processes and procedures in hiring, people review process, transfer, termination, compensation, training & development, payroll, etc. - Administer payroll process and participates in total compensation market survey program for competitive C&B. - Manage employees Information and analyze HR statistics. - Maintain the HR related report and statistics as requested by management and authorities such as FSS, KOFIA, and government - Review HR and data protection & personal information related regulations and ensure that those are up to date to reflect recent regulatory changes and Group guidance. - Manage activities to enhance the company culture in accordance with the regional guidance. - Keep records of HR related issues such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting. - Monitor regulatory obligation such as annual leave, wellness leave, senior management declaration, etc. - Manage HR related budgeting and cost analysis. - Implement regional projects related to HR initiative
