[포지션 요약]
Manages the development and implementation of the
strategic marketing plan and product management plan for products in a market
Having excellent understanding of the market and customer dynamics, the
incumbent develops primary product positioning, pricing strategies, product commercialization and launch strategies.
[Responsibility]
1.
Define GTM strategy for the products that will pave
the way for a market expansion
2.
Develop a successful launch plan to ensure the
commercial success of the product
3. Build business models, business cases and operating plans that will
allow the company
to capture the value for customers
4. Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
(such as distributors and customers)
that will allow us to generate new learnings /
insights of user personas and journeys.
5.
Provide insights into products, technology, and market trends
6. Develop specifications, user stories, road maps, customer needs
documents and
market requirement documents
7.
Collaborate multidisciplinary teams to deliver
innovative solutions to customers
8. Work closely with the sales, clinical and technical teams to train,
support and provide
appropriate content of collateral material
9.
Initiates and analyses market research and develop
sales tools
10.
Organize seminar for product promotion and present
product’s value and benefit
11.
Provide sales training to internal & external
sales forces
[Requirement]
1. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution
(Prefer
an MBS or other advanced degree)
2. Minimum 3 years IVD experience with increasing experiences and responsibility
as
product marketing specialists.
(Immunoassay
& Microbiology products experience preferred)
3. English communication skills in writing and spoken is a must
4. Prefer IVD Chemistry marketing working experience
5. Experience channel management
6. Proven experience working with clinical value proposition and delivering
message
to decision maker.
7. The capacity for self-motivation, creative problem solving and independent
initiatives
8. Experience driving stakeholders’ alignment across a diver’s organization
