ㆍProduct Support: Provide technical support and expertise to customers utilizing semiconductor OCD metrology tools. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance

ㆍCustomer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor OCD tools. Ensure customers have the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize the equipment. 

ㆍApplications Development: Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize applications for specific semiconductor manufacturing processes. This involves understanding customer requirements, analyzing data, and proposing solutions to improve process efficiency and yield.

ㆍOn-Site Support: Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support as needed. This may involve installation of new equipment, performing system upgrades, or resolving technical issues that cannot be addressed remotely.

ㆍData Analysis: Analyze data collected from semiconductor OCD tools to identify trends, detect abnormalities, and optimize process parameters. Interpret measurement results to provide insights into semiconductor device characteristics and performance.

ㆍCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product management to address customer needs and contribute to product development efforts. Provide feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement of semiconductor OCD tools.

ㆍDocumentation: Prepare technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and application notes, to support customers and internal teams. Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.

ㆍIndustry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to semiconductor manufacturing and metrology. Use this knowledge to anticipate customer needs and provide strategic guidance.

자격요건

ㆍMaster`s degree or 10 year experience in semiconductor industry.

ㆍStrong background in semiconductor manufacturing processes and metrology principles.

ㆍExperience with semiconductor OCD metrology tools and techniques preferred.

ㆍProficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

ㆍExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

ㆍWillingness to travel frequently to customer sites as required.
