Responsibilities for this
position include, but are not limited to, the following. - Operate overall C&B
programs - bonus, severance, benefits, accrual etc. - Manage and administer
operation of DB Retirement Pension. - Conduct remuneration surveys
and reflect the results in salary planning. - Provide offer proposals and
ad hoc special salary review proposals. - Manage C&B relevant
records upon global/legal guidelines and support internal/external audits - Manage global tools (bonus,
benefits) in C&B process. - Maintain overall compensation
structure and review/analyze bonus scheme - Provide ad-hoc compensation
relevant analysis data/reports. - Implement Policies & SOPs
in C&B process and communicate to associates when necessary. - Support and participate in
company/team project and HR tasks as per assigned. - Other tasks or projects that
may be assigned.)
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or
equivalent - 10+ years of in HRM, strong
knowledge of labor law & MS functions (Very strong in Excel) - Multinational companies and
matrix organization experience a must - Excellent
communication/presentation skills and relationship building - Highly developed result
agility and interpersonal skills - Excellent written, verbal and
interpersonal skills with all levels of employees - Able to maintain a strict
code of confidentiality and discretion - Effectively handle multiple
priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines with attention to detail - Exceptional analytical and
problem-solving skills - Good command of spoken and
written English
