업무내용

Small Leather goods & Belt Collection Plan

- Idintify opportunity of Small Leather Goods to grow sales and adjust the assortment to maximize the sku effeciency

- Build Range plan to meet the commercial requirement by channel and region

- Organize each collection project with timeline

- Forecast the order scale and IMU with target USD Price

- Analyze sales data and search market trend and Plan the product assortment reflecting customer`s needs



Product development

- Drive increase in margin through product mix and price positoning

- Partner with Design, PD and Production to ensure the product meets the aesthetic, quality, time and cost requirements

- Responsible for creation, maintenace, and accuracy of all styles and skus master data

- Follow up details from the beginning of sample development with related teams.



Special Edition & Upcycling

- Communicate with related team to share the progress of each project

- Provide necessary information for the procedure and follow up for sucessful launching



Market research, analysis

- Analyze the product and investment decision

- Conduct Monthly Market research with Report to follow Market trend properly

- Continuously hindsignt and analyze collection performance, competitions

필요요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력1년↑ (1~3년차)

ㆍ패션 산업 및 트랜드에 대한 이해 (Merchandising 관련 지식/경험자 우대)

ㆍ외국어(영어) 역량 중급 이상

ㆍ커뮤니케이션 및 프리젠테이션 스킬

ㆍ문서작성 프로그램 활용 능력 (워드, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등)

ㆍ시즌 기획 및 상품 기획을 위한 마켓 리서치 능력

나이 조건 24세(2001년생) ~ 35세(1990년생)

경력 연수 1년 이상 ~ 3년 미만
