Application Engineering & Customer Service

담당업무

 To define engineering requirements of customer’s Source Request and to share it with HQ and to provide HQ’s feedbacks to customers after discussion with HQ.

To support Korean customers for the application of our products of Brake System, Air Disc Brake, Actuator and Pneumatic Valves.

To identify potential problem between customer expectations and current products limitations. 

To collect and inspect line/field claims. 

To participate in customer quality issues and communicates with company plant quality to manage customer complaints. 

To take a lead of customer communication for engineering changes and 4M changes. 

To build up customer relationship through providing engineering and quality supports to customer. 

To report to the Head of KB-Korea CVS in general, and technical proposals have to be approved by division engineering in HQ.

To provide Weekly and Monthly report to the leader of the organization.

To collect and provide customer expectations, market status and competitors’ products information to Sales & Marketing.

Work with company plant quality to support Korean customers for quality area. 


자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 신입·경력


우대사항

Preferred experiences in Electronics engineering

Preferred experiences in automotive industry.

BA of Engineering

Fluent English
