- Check the available customer service solutions at the manufacturer to ensure they have been implemented in the specific market 
-  Decide on the implementation of the manufacturer TPI (translation of the TPI into a market-specific language where necessary) 
-  Monitor field data via technical repair queries from the dealership organization 
-  Create a technical PCC for issues that are to be forwarded to the manufacturer 
-  Request damaged parts from the dealership organization 
-  Observe the Volkswagen-specific regulations, information and instructions on the logistics for damaged parts and dangerous good

- Min. 3 years in experiences within support & troubleshooting from automotive or related industry, including all aspects of structure, powertrain and electrical/electrical system is required 
- High level of Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication skills is required 
- High level of Strong automotive technical background and technical work with cars is required 
- Mid level of English and Native Korean is required 
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related automotive engineering (university degree or college diploma) is required
