RETAIL SALES

(백화점 아울렛 영업관리)


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Management

  • Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Analyze client preferences using key account metrics to direct sales efforts effectively
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and advise management of changes in the landscape
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports

Retail Store and Staff Management

  • Provide timely support to retail store managers including overseeing store inventory
  • Supervise the hiring process of store staffs and provide necessary training to comply with company policies and industry regulations
  • Identify potential issues by conducting regular store visits and suggest solutions

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities
  • Establish, maintain, and expand credible relationships with assigned clients
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft customized proposals that address the unique needs of clients
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams



REQUIREMENTS


2 ~ 7 years of proven experience as a sales representative preferably in FMCG industry 

  • Valid driver’s license in Korea
  • Willingness to travel within domestic boundaries is required
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality
