RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Analyze client preferences using key account metrics to direct sales efforts effectively
- Monitor competitors’ activities and advise management of changes in the landscape
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
. Retail Store and Staff Management
- Provide timely support to retail store managers including overseeing store inventory
- Supervise the hiring process of store staffs and provide necessary training to comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify potential issues by conducting regular store visits and suggest solutions
. Client Relationship Management
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities
- Establish, maintain, and expand credible relationships with assigned clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft customized proposals that address the unique needs of clients
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
ㆍ2 ~ 7 years of proven experience as a sales representative preferably in FMCG industry - ㆍValid driver’s license in Korea
- ㆍWillingness to travel within domestic boundaries is required
- ㆍGood communication and inter-personal skill
- ㆍSelf-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality
