Position Summary: - Responsible for ING products sales to distributon and
targeted OEM for profitable growth(Samsung, Hynix and Tier 1 Suppliers such
as Wonink,KC Tech, HYT & others) Scope/Supervision & Interaction - Responsible for profitable growth of ING products
through new channel development in Semiconductor. - Develop strong distribution channel to grow Semiconductor
market - Develop profitable growth strategies via new distribution ,new
accounts, new business opportunities - Work closely with Group/Division for supporting market/customer
needs - Communicating and participate in developing program relative with
Oversea division. Essential Functions: - Research market trends/information and
competitors climate to analyze the current/future market
situation - Develop & implement business plan for Semiconductor market to
secure profitable share gain - Market trend analyze and establish sales stretegies. - Develop new business/accounts opportunity - Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Semiconductor’s application/products mapping by all of customers based on new/on-going
projects - Call to core team meeting with internal/external customers to
achieve business plan - Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights ; creates innovative
products for business growthContinually seek to promote new product ideas and
applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing customers - Excellent communication skills with customers &
Distributors Qualifications: - Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering major is
preferred - Min. 5 years sales engineering experience in the Semiconductor
market - Need more marketing and business development background - Project management skills - Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers
side in Semiconductor market - Fluent in spoken and written English - Positive Thinking and Proactive Mind - Prefer to have a working experience in semiconductor equipment
companies.
