담당업무

Position Overview

This position covers wide range of Compliance activities and is responsible for handling the aspects of Korea Compliance and complex issues. Work on the following compliance activities in consultation with the Compliance Officer:

 

Assist a local compliance officer to strengthen internal control system for compliance with local laws and global policies

Assist a local compliance officer to strengthen internal control system for data privacy and anti-money laundering

Enhance local employees’ flowchart awareness and strengthen compliance with flowchart process with operation efficiency

 

Responsibilities

Perform the compliance monitoring under internal rules and procedures

Prepare compliance training on Code of Conduct, Data Protection, AML, etc

Prepare documentation of compliance activities including ARMC meeting minutes

Prepare the compliance monitoring and risk management reports

Facilitate inspections and audits from FSS, etc

Prepare the group reports such as semi-annual risk assessment, etc

Communicate with external organizations such as KNIA, KIDI, etc

Handle administrational works of Compliance team

 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 1-2 years of compliance experience in the insurance business

English writing skills

Preferred Qualifications/Personalities:

 

Experience in Compliance or Audit

Fluent in English

Experience in the insurance industry

Good communication skills with others
