Retail Manager (5년~ 과차장급)

[담당업무]

? Liaising with department stores operators for business development activities, as well as for the management of the current network
? Executing all operational standards to be requested by department store operators for store personnel issues, constructions, maintenance of store, promotional activities, etc.
? Achieving sales and performance objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
? Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
? Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
? Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by liaising with MD manager and HQ Customer Service ; maintaining inventories
? Maintaining boutique image and operations in a professional manner
? Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
? Tracking daily and monthly sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic) and providing feedback and reports
? Supporting Managing Director in formulating pricing policies by reviewing competitors’ activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing sales and discounts; studying trends

[자격요건]

? Experience in luxury retail management
? Managerial experience with an emphasis on motivating and developing staff at various career levels
? Great vision, self motivated, excellent drive and enthusiastic
? Good planning and organizational skills
? Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions and put in place the proper business actions
? Effective command of the English language
? Mother tongue Korean
