담당업무
Instructs, trains, and facilitates commercial training activities. This includes planning and implementing all commercial training programs and training events related to capabilities and skill development workshops.

Typical Accountabilities
   - Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in the commercial training plan, 
      including product specific training or skill development.
   - Works with external vendors in the development of training materials.
   - Engages learners using a variety of facilitation and presentation techniques.

 지원자격
  - Education: Bachelor’s degree
  - Language: Fluent in English communication
  - 제약에서 5년 이상의 경력 / 최소 3년 교육 경험 필요 (Sales / Marketing 직무교육 담당자)
  - 본사 TTT (Train The Trainer)를 영어로 수강 & 전달 등이 가능한 영어 능통자
  - Coaching 및 Facilitation 관련 자격증 소지자를 선호, 교육, 코칭 세션 운영, Facilitation 경험도 우대
  - 현장에서 Needs를 명확하게 파악, Field 인원들과 원활한 소통 필수적
  - MNC 제약사 영업교육담당 경력자 선호
