About the position: You will support our agent team by solving a variety of tasks by communicating directly with our clients, making phone calls, and doing research. The types of tasks will be interesting and vary from day to day.
Work hours: 10am-7pm including one hour unpaid break, no overtime work.
Fixed work days: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, days negotiable.
The job is on-site at our office, a 3-minute walk from Hyochang Park station on line 6, and many buses run almost to the door.
Compensation: 2,200,000 KRW (before deduction of tax and insurance) upon the conclusion of a three-month probationary period compensated at 9860 KRW/hr. Four insurances included.
Requirements: Required skills: Excellent English and Korean language skills (writing, speaking, reading, listening). Proficient computer skills, able to navigate and use Kakao, Messenger etc. Accurate and efficient at researching information online. Able to work independently and under pressure. Able to multitask and be solutions-oriented. Organized and has an eye for detail.
Nice to have:
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not a must. Understanding and awareness of Korean culture and society. Empathy for the daily challenges that expats and foreigners experience.
