Job Description:

Exousia Research, a rapidly growing expert network firm with a focus on providing high-quality insights to a global clientele, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate for our Expert Network Development team in our Seoul office. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with business and investment leaders globally and contribute to the growth and development of our expert network. 

Key Responsibilities:

Connect expert`s in-depth "consultation" for client`s research project.
Identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals and experts across various industries.

Expand the Exousia Research expert network by strategically recruiting key opinion leaders, leveraging industry contacts, professional lists, and associations.

Conduct interviews and assess the eligibility of potential experts, ensuring their profiles are accurately represented in our database.

Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client needs and assist in the delivery of timely and targeted research solutions.

Develop an understanding of client research processes and objectives, aiding in the expansion and strengthening of client relationships.

Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Exousia Research’s core industry coverage to enhance the quality of projects and services.

Participate in additional projects related to network development and client servicing.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Korean 한국어 (or English, Japanese, Chinese:중국어/대만어). 

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively in a business setting.

1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as recruitment, market research, or headhunting, is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Variable Incentive (20%~50% of Fixed Salary)

Provide daily meal & beverage, annual oversea`s workshop
