[Planning and control]
- Prepare yearly and long term business plan for KFW project.- Prepare monthly forecasting planning, funding planning and cash flow etc.- Monitor the performance of the projects. Follows projects’ schedules, development costs and capital expenditure.- Develop tools for an efficient planning and control activity. [Accounting, Treasury and Tax]
- In collaboration with local tax department and tax advisors, provides recommendation on tax structuring for the project, supervise tax filings.- In collaboration with accounting services provider and Seoul Office, provides accounting evidence to them. - Coordinate inter-company service agreement and internal re-invoicing.- Review monthly, quarterly and year end closing based on IFRS and report any unexpected transaction to Seoul office.- Coordination with finance team of stakeholders which is participating in KFW’s projects in Korea for all matters related to treasury, accounting or tax.- Responsible for invoices and payments in coordination with accounting team[Coordination with Sponsors]
- Support the relationship with the project sponsors informing on the financial progress of the project, answering questions and agreeing work plans going forward.- Prepares reports to the management, shareholders and other internal or external stakeholders (such as lenders and investors)[Others]
- Relationship with Public Administration and Stakeholders- Coordination with finance team of other companies participating in KFW’s projects in Korea for all matters related to treasury, accounting or tax.- High awareness of global standards for “Ethics and Compliance”.
[EXPERIENCE]
- 5 ~ 10 years in Finance roles in the energy or infrastructure sector and at least 2 years in financial planning role- Strong Analytic skill required for Planning and Control- Experience working in international environments.[KNOWLEDGE]
- Academic background : Above BA degree with Economics, Business or Finance majored preferred.- General finance knowledge with expertise in treasury, accounting, taxes and administration.- Experience for IFRS accounting will be plus[SKILLS]
- Strong interpersonal skills & relationship building capabilities.- Self-motivated, with an ability to manage one’s work effectively, to use one’s own initiative to achieve results and meet deadlines. - Results oriented. Used to work under high level of pressure. - Capable of proposing compromises within the team in alignment with the company goals.- Capable of meeting the deadlines by delivering an outstanding quality level product in a transparent and coordinated way.- End-to-end thinking orientation.- Excellent planning skills and forward-looking mindset.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to easily identify and solve problems.- Develop a general overview and understanding of project.- Understanding of work in a global environment.[OTHER REQUIREMENTS]
- Work location is Ulsan. Open to domestic travels. (Above 20% Domestic Travel required)
