본 포지션은 1년 계약직이나 퍼포먼스에 따라 계약 연장이 가능합니다.
 

*Position summary:
- Support Ultraform Regional QM for Kolon BASF InnoPOM (KBI) and Ansan to ensure that an effective Quality Management System (QMS), Non-Conformance Management (NCM) to meet the business requirements. 
- Coordinate to ensure that quality control requirements are met to comply with legal, business and BASF’s requirements.
- Support Regional QM implement A-PMA Quality programs & activities. 
- Support QC lab digitalization project. (LIMS project, MES, Power automation)

*Main Tasks:
1) Quality control and define standard.
- Support to coordinate and align the quality control programs/quality standard and co-operate with related department to ensure that all raw materials and products are inspected/evaluated in accordance with the established systems and requirements.
- Coordinate with JV partner and prepare Certificate of analysis (COA)

2) Quality Management System 
- Support QM in preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
- Support to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Support on monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to determining data-driven solutions and to implement quality improvement plans.
- Coordinate performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
- Assisting and providing departments with quality planning and support.
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks when required by management. 

3) Support External Audits (Customer / Supplier / Service Providers)

*Education/Qualifications required:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Bachelor in engineering or equivalent degree preferred).

Working knowledge & experience in manufacturing or quality management field are preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

*Competencies required:
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: 
- Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & TS16949), quality assurance data analysis tools (Minitab), SAP, Proficiency in MS office preferred
- English writing & communication are required/ Native level of Korean

*Special Requirements if any:
- Up to 20% travel potentially required.
- Working in QC lab potentially required.
