- Customer Data Delegate role of Safe handling of Customer data aligning with compliance

- Develop digitalization & automation for daily operation
- Monitoring and improvement for new business work process
- Improvement System (Handling Project, CR process etc.)

- 팀 KPI(신청 건수, 신규 사업 건수 등) 관리 및 본사 보고
- 규정 준수에 맞춰 고객 데이터를 안전하게 처리업무 수행
- 업무 트렌드를 분석하여 업무지원
- 데일리 업무를 위한 디지털화 및 자동화 개발
- 팀 업무 프로세스에 대한 모니터링 및 개선
- 시스템 개선(프로젝트, CR 프로세스 참여 등)
Qualification]
- Prefer over 3 years of working experience of analytics
- Required strategic, analytical and creative working approach
- Proactive attitude and Communication skill to effectively collaborate with relevant departments
- Readiness to solve unexpected operation issues
- Willingness to improve operation process
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Data analytics tool users are preferred and experience in SAS, Tableau, Python
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics
- 3년 이상의 데이터 분석 업무 경험
- 전략적, 분석적, 창의적인 업무 접근 방식 요구
- 유관부서와 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 적극적인 자세와 커뮤니케이션 스킬
- 예상치 못한 운영 문제를 적극적 해결할 자세
- 운영 프로세스 개선 의지
- 능숙한 영어와 한국어 의사소통 필요
- 데이터 분석 툴 사용자 우대 (SAS, Tableau, Python 사용 경험이 있는 분)
- 통계학 학사 학위

근무지 :
4호선 명동역 / 2호선 을지로 입구역 인근
연봉 : 면접시 협의
근무시간 : 9시~18시 (주5일)
