담당업무 : LEED 인증, 그린빌딩 인증, 빌딩에너지 등 

- Conduct desk-based benchmarking and research on clients, industries, and market trends.

- Analyze client documentation and identify improvement opportunities (gap analysis) for target certification of Green Building

- Prepare client deliverables in the area of ESG, climate change, circular economy, green buildings, renewable energy, sustainable finance, supply chain management, biodiversity, etc.

- Support corporate sustainability and integrated reporting and ESG rating, climate-related accounting and disclosure, including outlining, writing, editing, and proofreading content and other client communications.

- Participate in client meetings and workshops and maintain required documentation.

- Assist in general business development research, marketing, and other development tasks.

- Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to effectively manage projects.

 

자격요건

-          관련 경력1년 이상 5년 이하  

-          관련학과 전공자 (건축공학, 건축디자인학 등 건축관련 학과)

 

 

우대사항

-       비지니스 영어회화 가능자

-       컨설팅 업계 유 경험자

-       LEED, WELL, and GRESB would be an advantage

-       LEED Green Associate, LEED GA, LEED AP 자격증 소지자
