Job Description: As the sole IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and reliability. This role requires a flexible individual who can handle a wide range of tasks, from configuring servers to providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

Сonfigure and maintain Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory services.

Configure and manage network devices, including MikroTik routers and switches.

Provide software installation and technical support for various devices and gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, payment systems, etc.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.

Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed, ensuring compatibility and system stability.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing software and hardware-related issues.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in IT operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a standalone role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Korean (conversational), English (conversational), and Russian (native) will enable you to effectively collaborate with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and contribute to a multicultural work environment.
