A multinational food company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be contributing to the strategic planning for Hypermarket and CLSM channels to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build specific customer business plans for key customers
  • Manage the relationship and business execution with Hypermarket and CSLM customers
  • Execute plans with a focus on assortment, distribution, visibility, and penetration
  • Focus on sustainable growth in terms of turnover and profit with efficient sales promotion
  • Manage account receivables for monthly closing including tax closure
  • Forecast sales by customer, brand, SKU
  • Plan promotions by customer, brand, and SKU based on promotion learnings or evaluations
  • Represent the organisation towards customers to intensify relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales
  • Prior man-management experience
  • Experience in FMCG (A-brands or international environment)
  • Knowledge of Hyper and CLSM business
  • Fluent level Korean; basic level English
