- Provide site service to installed-based customers. - Provide emergency service to customers. - Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers. - Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organizations. - Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Subs. - Manage product recall/replacement. - Report progress and technical problems to Service Manager - Co-work closely with all BU team members - Proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work. - Collaborate with sales team for Competitive Displacement. - Have a product & solution knowledge. - Contribute to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul business growth. - Have Analyzer maintenance & Commissioning service capability. - Have customer focus mindset. - Provide fast response to customers’ demand. - Manage emergency situations. - Manage team and utilize service manhour time effectively. - Proactively communicate with customers. Job Requirements[지원자격] - Degree in vocational college or university in related areas. - Have 0~3 years of experience in analyzer maintenance. - Have Analytical products & solution knowledges. - Prefer National technical qualification certificate holders in areas such as environment, chemical engineering, machinery, electricity, electronics, information technology. - Work & live in Ulsan area.
