[Roles & Responsibilities]
ㆍConduct interviews, user studies, data checking, and other efforts to understand the needs of AI Platform’s users within and outside the company ㆍCreate user flows, wireframes, and web UI components for AI Platform department engineers to reference when doing their work ㆍCollaborate with AI Platform department engineers to understand technical constraints and negotiate reasonable design choices ㆍIdentify and evangelize efficiency and quality of life improvements for AI Platform products ㆍCollaborate with other members of the Product Management team to help collect requirements to inform designs
[Qualifications]
ㆍ1-2 years of experience in user experience design (UX/UI/HCI/Graphic design/PM field) ㆍExperience using various types of visualization tools (e.g. Figma, FigJam, etc) to depict user flows and designs ㆍProficient in English (Business Level)
[Preferred Experience] ㆍProficient in Korean ㆍOverall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence ㆍExperience conducting user interviews and user studies ㆍExperience defining and measuring user experience metrics to inform designs ㆍAbility to see beyond users` words to understand their real needs ㆍAbility to comfortably give and receive clear feedback
ㆍComfortable working with engineers directly ㆍExperience working on internal tools, machine learning tools, or data collection workflows
