*Main Tasks:- Carry out CCD plant CAPEX project as process engineer role- Technology Management - Maintain and optimize process system and implement OpEx - Review and revise P&ID, operation manual, work procedure and SOPs - Prepare technical report to improve process, safety and quality - Implement MOC to improve process, safety and quality- Production process management - Make RM & finish good inventory plan & manage through S&OP meeting- SHEQ management - Following company and legal EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures with EHS team - To prevent safety incident and environmental release, keep eyes on workplace by frequent patrol and field coaching- Production management - Report relevant production records / statistics to supervisor and relevant department order to plan, set and update production schedules, when necessary, regulate workflow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency - Control the unit ratio and utility consumption and analyze production cost- Lead and train plant operators to ensure safe and stable plant operation- Maintain production facility with maintenance team: Corrective and Preventive maintenance plan, TAR- Manage production relevant consumable materials inventory etc.*Education/ Qualifications Required:- BS or higher in chemical engineering or related field is preferred- Good interpersonal communication skill and fluent in English include comprehensive listening, speech, reading and writing./Native level of Korean- Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format.- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.*Competencies:- Develop Self & Others- Embrace Diversity- Demonstrate Customer Focus- Communicate Effectively- Collaborate for Achievement
