About the Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily 
in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches 
our general community.

Our Quality Assurance Analysts audit and review our Moderation teams, handling appeals, audits, feedback and 
providing support on ad hoc policy questions. Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, 
ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users.

What will I be doing?
- You will lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, providing support, duty of care and instill 
   a performance culture
- You collaborate with cross-functional partners (Policy, Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering etc.) 
   to identify, assess and resolve safety-related issues in our products, promote community wellbeing & user safety.
- You are responsible for providing feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement 
   and potential gaps


Qualifications
What should I bring with me? Minimum Qualification - You come with previous experience leading / managing / mentoring teams. - You possess prior experience in a QA role, ideally within a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment. Preferred Qualification - You have experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment. - You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends. - Native/Working proficiency in both English and Korean
