Department: Human Resources Department Position: Health & Safety Specialist Reporting to: HR Director & Country Director in Korea & H&S department in Spain

Ensure that the internal occupational health and safety management system (IOHSMS) is operational,
adapting it the current legislation at any given moment, while watching over the correct
implementation and updating it. You will manage occupational risks in their area of action and will
advise the team of the zone. Also, conduct the necessary training and ensure all documentation related
to health and safety measures is up to date in the business.
[ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY] - Manage the compliance with corporate and local level of H&S regulations. - Support business in executing company’s H&S priorities, goals, and requirements. - Proactively drive continuous improvement in H&S performance and programs. - Drive improvements in H&S cultures, awareness, and accountability. - Conduct incident/accident investigations and develop action plans. - Plan the budget & execute the projects. - Execute the relevant training for employees. - Work with external vendor closely to understand regulatory changes and trends and forecast
the impacts. - Integrate functions and participation of different departments. - Develop and implement H&S training system, campaigns and information. - Organize or elaborate the risk assessments ergonomic, psychosocial in all workplaces. - Implement emergency plans and execute the medical survey. - Control the accidents reports and analyze it to find problems and solutions. - Lead the Health & Safety Committees. - Supervise and disseminate to different teams all safety items in the different workplaces. - Establish a control system in the field of fire prevention. (emergency exits, safety items as fire
extinguishers, etc.) - Monitor and review the environmental conditions (noise, temperature, light, make specific
assessments in the different cases) - Manage to implement the standard system ISO 45001 with external agency. - Push the healthy initiatives to promote the healthy style of life of the team. - Lead the legal audits and Health and Safety internal audits.
[ REQUIREMENTS] - Over 3years of experience in EHS management including relevant training (experience in retail
field is preferred.) - Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial Health, Safety and Environment management would be
preferred. - Industrial Safety Engineer (산업안전기사 자격증) or any relevant certificates (산업위생기사
자격증, 인간공학기사 자격증) would be preferred. - The ability to manage complex issues and diverse projects while working in cross-functional
teams. - A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication
skills. - Fluency in both English and Korean. - Willingness to travel. - ISO 45001 chief audit experience is preferred
