Description of Job Duties 담당 업무
- Develop new business and prospects with a proactive "hunting" approach. - Generate sales leads and pursue opportunities introduced by DACHSER’s network. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by growing new and existing business. - Provide customers with timely quotations and conduct regular follow-up calls. - Actively communicate and disseminate market or industry updates, both internally and externally. - Ensure strict adherence to both the company`s and customer`s standard operating procedures. - Maintain and update sales activities records using our Client Relationship Management system (CRM). Note: This job description is not exhaustive. Employees might be required to perform other related duties to address the continuous needs of the organization.
Requirement and Skills 자격요건
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent qualification. - At least 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, or in sales and customer-facing roles. - Prior experience in an international company is a plus. - Must align with DACHSER’s core values: integrity, honesty, openness, respect, entrepreneurship, innovation, inclusive responsibility, sustainability, loyalty, and commitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be energetic, assertive, independent, and detail-oriented. - Ability to thrive in a team environment and work efficiently under pressure. - Fluent in both spoken and written English and Korean. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
