2022년 4월 디즈니사 다음으로 큰 세계 제2의 레져테마파크 그룹 Merlin Entertainments에 인수된 Seoul Ocean Aquarium (Coex Aquarium)은 곧 SEALIFE란 아쿠아리움 브랜드로 재탄생을 앞두고 있습니다.
이에,  전반적인 HR 분야 업무를 총괄해주실 People & Expierience Manager를 찾고 있습니다 빨리 움직이는 소비재나 테마파크유원시설 등 동종업계 경력자를 우대하며특히 Digital 역량을 갖춘 후보자는 더욱 우대합니다.

< Position Description >

We are looking for a passionate HR leader who is committed to identifying and attracting the world`s best leadership talent. In this role, you will be responsible for HR, training, and recruiting for a fast-paced organization. You will also be a member of and work closely with both domestic and international HR teams and will be responsible for implementing a win-win culture with unions.

< Qualifications >

- Education: BS Degree      

- Native Korean(Must) /Fluency in English(Must)   

- Working experience in handling various aspects of HR(10years)

- Analytical and conceptual thinking integrity

- Interpersonal & communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
