- Sales account manager is responsible for new business growth as well as growth and value creation for existing customers
- Responsible for contributing to commercial aspects in identifying, quoting, and winning new business
- Contribute to the critical sales elements including but not limited to customer strategy, price management, stakeholder relationship management internally and externally and sales cycle
- Responsibilities
- Leading sales activities as an account manager of EDS division (wiring harness)
- Management cost/price for current business and for new business opportunity
- Working with customer purchasing team to negotiate pricing, financial performance
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer organizations across the functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc.)
- Capability of forecast revenue management, business budget plan by working with internal team and customer
- Work closely with global counterparts to implement global strategy
- Interface with Aptiv global commercial teams and manufacturing plants to ensure customer’s expectations
- Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sales/costing experience with Hyundai and Kia in automotive industry
- Sales experience for wiring harness products - Preferred
- Bachelor`s degree
- Proficient English both in verbal and in written
- Capability on sales planning, data analysis and financial statement as sales account manager
- Good skill set of MS Office tools
