수질 뿐만 아니라 생산 공정에서 운용 중인 온라인 분석기 혹은 계측기(컨트롤러 및 센서) 경력, 가스 분석기 및 계측기 경력을 보유하신 엔지니어 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

Purpose of Position

The primary role of this position is to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach equipment while promoting customer satisfaction and maintenance contract growth.



Essential Functions

●     Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach equipment.

        Work cooperatively with Service team and field sales staff to promote customer satisfaction.

        Provide service phone support for customers while in their office and while traveling as required.

       Be highly motivated and able to work without supervision.

        Actively promote contractual service agreements and upgrade purchases of new equipment.

        Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges.

        Submit prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.



Other Non-Essential Functions

         Works with rest of territorial staff as a team to meet objectives.

         Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Background and Skills

       1 ~ +5 years’ experience in Analytical Instrument field service (lab/online/process) with understanding of the entire processes.

        Experience in a commercial Service role with metric and monitored KPI performance preferred.

       Ability to Value Added Services.

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to relate well to both the customer and to all levels of the organization.

        Fluent in Korean and a good to have Business English Skills.

ENVIRONMENT:

  •        The work environment for this position is office in Seoul, repair shop in Gimpo and field service on the customer site.
  •        The field service activity will take this individual into customer’s locations and moderate physical

activity (e.g., lifting/carrying of materials) occurs.

  •        A new employee shall be assigned a probationary period of 3 months
  •        Candidates must have their own car with valid driving license in Korea.
