포지션 및 자격요건

Key Account Manager( 1명 )

Key duties and responsibilities:

 

l  Sales Management

-          Target management by customer, brand

-          Sales Promotion plan by customer, brand

-          Development of new customer

-          Stock and Return management by customer

 

l  Expense Management

-          Monthly Expense budget Planning by customer

-          Management of sales expense approved by KAM Head

-          Planning, implementation & feed-back within grant of arbitrary decision to KAM Head

-          Submit Result report of the performance to KAM Head

-          Discuss the over-expenses with KAM Head

 

l  Report

-          Weekly Report to manager including Seminar, Workshop, Customer information, competitor’s information, and market information

-          Monthly report to Manager including monthly sales, collection, and expense budget

-     Once getting any urgent information such as customer bankruptcy, report it to Manager immediately

-          Field Information Report to manager about customer, market situation, competitor’s activity

 

     l Business Acumen

-    Systematically reviews sales & financial metrics (sales, pricing, profitability measures as available) to understand the state of the business and drive business planning to achieve business goals

-      Reviews business, sales, and financial data for targeted Network accounts with leadership and produces reports translating data into insights and actions

-      Understands the key levers to develop and aesthetics practice, and captures the value GK can bring with our unique mix of products / portfolio, medical offering & services

 

l Business planning & execution

-     Strong Network knowledge & ability to effectively segment customers according to ABCD matrix

-      Development of territory business plan with identification of priority high target customers and development of detailed account plans for top tier accounts within assigned budgets

-        Prioritize time, effort and investments based on forecast and business strategy defined from the segmentation

 

l Selling skills

-        Uses segmentation and targeting to build call objectives and anticipate objections

-   Confidently delivers tailored key messages and proficiently anticipates and addresses objections

-       Master advanced listening skills and a consultative approach to effectively positioning unique product offering to customer goals to provide  the customer with a superior sales experience and be seen as a credible and trusted advisor

 

l Product and Market Knowledge

-      Comfortable and knowledgeable with discussing key clinical data, study designs and study results and able to confidently articulate key selling messages

-      Familiar with brand strategic imperatives and Aesthetics business plan and able to identify own role and contribution into the execution of BU plan

-       Keeps up to date with market situation and trends, new entrants and changes that may affect the current business

 

l Customer Relationship Management

-    Completes relevant and high-quality account information and competitor activity into the company CRM system, and ensure information is kept up-to date 

-        Build differentiated relationship with key customers by providing appropriate level of support, which is developed under the support of KAM head

-      Effectively collaborates with internal colleagues to serve the customer in the most appropriate manner and capitalise on current and future business opportunities

-     Ensures 100% knowledge and adherence with local compliance in all commercial activities undertaken and keeps up to date with compliance rules


Experience/Competencies: 

- At least 9 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry (3~9년)

- Good knowledge in regulation & registration

- Bachelor`s degree

- Good project management (Maintain good quality of work and achieve deadlines)

- Strong analytical, problem solving skill

- Good inter-personal skill, Good communication skill

- Good English communication (Writing and verbal)

- MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook) proficiency
