JOB SUMMARY
DEMAND PLANNING - -Ensure sales forecast accuracy and build turnover through piloting the sales forecast process.
- -Be responsible for catalog management and contribute to rationalization.
- -Manage sales forecast quality under the global S&OP process.
- -Build baseline forecast and consolidate promotions & launch sales forecast projected by commercial teams.
- -Ensure global sales forecast consistency through consensus between sales forecasts, financial trend and sales history.
- -Leading monthly SF & validation meetings with the best practice.
SUPPLY PLANNING - -Optimize inventory for a high level of customer service with smooth execution.
- -Build a supply plan based on validated forecast and implement procurement with managing parameters.
- -Maintain quality inventory minimizing OOS, obsolete and slow movers with action plans.
- -Manage supply issues by communication with MSL or procurement team.
- -Check logistic feasibility through analysis of stock equation and monitor lead time with customs team.
- -Build budget stock with monthly projection to achieve KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS - -Education: University graduate
- -Years of Experience:
- -+3 years of professional supply chain experience
- -At least +1~2 years of demand planning experience
- -Other Career Experience: SAP experience is advantageous, and FMCG relevant industry is preferred.
- -Language skills: Fluent in English
- -Other Skills: Analytical, Problem-solving, Communication & Excel skills and Team player
