ㆍ Work closely with internal and external teams to plan, implement, manage marketing campaigns. ㆍ Scheduling & ensuring timely deployment of all required communications for the campaign based on the communications plan developed. ㆍ Create, edit, and proofread marketing messages or contents and promotional materials. ㆍ Properly set a long-term user communication tone and manner. ㆍ Executing content marketing strategy on Trip.com CRM channels (e.g., eDM, app push, etc.). ㆍ Perform analysis on campaign results & effectiveness; produce and share campaign results with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding on scalability ㆍ Provide local insights and learnings to regional performance team and local business units ㆍ Maintain regular measurement of the ROI/KPI of campaigns ㆍ Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns ㆍ Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and travel campaigns
Job Requirements
ㆍ At least 5-7 years’ of working experience in campaign execution and configuration, Marketing, Copywriting, CRM or production operation preferably with travel or e-commerce experiences ㆍ Experience in planning and end-to-end campaign management ㆍ A creative thinker with a self-motivated attitude, willing to go the extra mile ㆍ Be able to multi-task, result driven ㆍ Ability to make data-driven decisions ㆍ Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work in timely manner ㆍ Experience with analytical and reporting tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills ㆍ Have a deep understanding of local customers and strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors
