Job Description

Work closely with internal and external teams to plan, implement, manage marketing campaigns.

Scheduling & ensuring timely deployment of all required communications for the campaign based on the communications plan developed.

Create, edit, and proofread marketing messages or contents and promotional materials.

Properly set a long-term user communication tone and manner.

Executing content marketing strategy on Trip.com CRM channels (e.g., eDM, app push, etc.).

Perform analysis on campaign results & effectiveness; produce and share campaign results with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding on scalability

Provide local insights and learnings to regional performance team and local business units

Maintain regular measurement of the ROI/KPI of campaigns

Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and travel campaigns



Job Requirements 

          At least 5-7 years’ of working experience in campaign execution and configuration, Marketing, Copywriting, CRM or production operation preferably with travel or e-commerce experiences

Experience in planning and end-to-end campaign management

A creative thinker with a self-motivated attitude, willing to go the extra mile

Be able to multi-task, result driven 

Ability to make data-driven decisions 

Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work in timely manner

Experience with analytical and reporting tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Have a deep understanding of local customers and strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors
