The Assistant Project Manager provides full-time support to the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager and frequently interacts with the clients, consultants, and contractors. S/he is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered to the highest level to ensure client satisfaction. - - Managing maintenance repair works for retail stores.
- - Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
- - Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- - Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- - Assisting in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects.
- - Assisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages and managing the bid process.
- - Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
- - Participating in project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and distributing to project team members.
- - Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- - Researching information as required.
- - Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
자격요건
The candidate shall possess experience and understanding in construction/fit-out projects. The candidate shall take the role of an assistant project manager who will be in charge of planning and delivery of construction / fit-out / retrofit services in data centers, industrial building, office fit-out, retail stores, office fit-out, and commercial building. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university, preferably with a major in architecture, interior design, or related field.
- Responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her job.
- - Good communication and coordination skills.
- - Well-versed in Microsoft Office software.
- - Good documentation (both Korean and English).
- - Advanced fluency in both spoken and written English with a native level of Korean.
- - Ability to work in a self-directed way.
- - Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.
- - Good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications - - Architecture engineer and Interior Architecture background.
- - Experience with AutoCAD
- - Experience in developing project schedule.
- - Prior experience working within construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
- - Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services design and installation.
